Celebrating Another Big Win!
Exciting news! InForm Design has been recognized with the BIA Hawai’i Grand Award for our renovation of Capitol Place, in the Residential Condominium Apartments: Projects Over $450,000 category. This award is a reflection of our passion for innovative and functional design that enhances everyday living.
Our transformation of Capitol Place’s Lobby, Theatre, and Event Room focused on visibility, safety, and sustainability—all while creating an inviting and modern atmosphere for residents. By integrating natural textures and refined materials, we achieved a balance of luxury and warmth that redefines the common areas.
“Our team is incredibly honored to receive this recognition,” says Jen Toba-Davila, Director of Interior Architecture at InForm Design. “We wanted to create spaces that foster community while maintaining a sophisticated, contemporary feel. We’re so grateful to our clients and partners for their trust in our vision.”
This marks another achievement for Capitol Place, following our 2024 ASID Hawaii Chapter Design Excellence Award win earlier this year. We are thrilled to see this project receive continued recognition!
