Kohanaiki, a 450-acre private club and community along the breathtaking Kona coast, is renowned for its rich Hawaiian culture, captivating landscapes, and immersive experiences. This estate residence is one of 15 homes nestled in the exclusive Pānānā neighborhood. This project entailed interior architectural design, selection of finishes, lighting, plumbing and appliance and a complete interior and exterior furniture package.

Designed for a wonderful couple as a Hawaiian vacation retreat for their ohana, this 5,074-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bath residence was carefully crafted to have moments for respite or recreation while maintaining a sense of minimalism and restraint. Warm woods, natural stone and a simple color palette inside compliments the earthy tones outside, avoiding any competition with the beauty found in the landscape. This home stands as both a sanctuary and a celebration of the vibrant, inquisitive spirit that defines this private club.
