CLIENT: Hilton Grand Vacations
LOCATION: Honolulu, HI
BUILDING AREA: 30,000 SqFt.
COMPLETED: 2019
Since its entry into the vacation ownership market in 1992, Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) has become a leader in the industry and recognized, known for its collection of upscale vacation accommodations. Its Corporate Office needed to reflect its reputation in a meaningful way and appropriately conveys a commitment to quality and outstanding service.
Located on two separate floors of a corporate office building just outside Waikiki, the HGV offices span approximately 30,000 square feet and feature spectacular 360-degree views from mauka (mountain) to makai (ocean), visible from both the common areas and private offices. Each floor is fully equipped with amenities for staff including a kitchenette, break room and coffee station.
A contemporary theme and modern reflection of Hawaiʻi’s island landscape are cleverly blended with patterned Hawaiian motif and offset with solid materials. Wall coverings reminiscent of ʻohe kapala, an ancestral Hawaiian stamping method that draws inspiration from repetitious patterns in nature, are strategically placed throughout the space. A mix of flooring also creates visual appeal and provides separation between key areas.
