The Capitol Place renovation focused on modernizing and elevating the common areas to create a luxurious and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The redesign addressed concerns of visibility and safety while embracing the soul of the space by incorporating timeless design elements, sustainable materials, and natural textures. The result is a cohesive aesthetic that seamlessly integrates modern sophistication with a sense of comfort and flexibility.

InForm Design’s reimagining of Capitol Place’s common areas earned the firm an Award of Excellence in the Residential / Model Home / Condo category at the 2024 ASID Hawaii Chapter Design Excellence Awards. The project redefined the Lobby, Theatre, and Event Room, creating inviting spaces that enhance the residential experience.

InForm Design has been recognized with the BIA Hawai’i Grand Award for our renovation of Capitol Place, in the Residential Condominium Apartments: Projects Over $450,000 category. This award is a reflection of our passion for innovative and functional design that enhances everyday living. Our transformation of Capitol Place’s Lobby, Theatre, and Event Room focused on visibility, safety, and sustainability—all while creating an inviting and modern atmosphere for residents.
