Hinahina 13 is a luxury residential development retreat within the Kohanaiki community, designed to provide turnkey living in one of Big Island’s most exclusive private club communities. The InForm Design interiors studio worked in collaboration with Armstrong Builders on this design-build project.

The 12-townhome development is part of the Phase 2 development of the Hinahina community, featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a detached garage with an Ohana unit above. Each townhome comes with a private pool and spa, BBQ area and outdoor showers designed to encourage indoor-outdoor living.

InForm Design’s approach for Hinahina 13 centers on timeless elegance and functional comfort. The design team incorporated high quality appliances and finishes that embody the quality standards Kohanaiki has become known for. Residents enjoy spacious living amongst the tranquil backdrop of the golf course and distant ocean views.
